We are committed to always providing quality, but we realize that there are times you may need to return a product.
If you will need to return your product, please read the information below very carefully:

Only products purchased on www.lajeannetteorganics.com may be accepted for a return. Products purchased from other webshops or shops can not be returned at our office.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY
If you receive a product that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 24 hours after receiving the product, for a replacement. Items will not be replaced if you let us know after. Please send us a photo from the broken article. We will investigate the damage. If accepted we will send you a replacement within 3 weeks. New shipping costs will be our responsability.

If you will need to return your product, please read the information below very carefully:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt date for a refund.
- Our products must be in its original, unopened, and unused state.
- We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
- Please include a written letter with the reason of your return and write down your bankaccount number.

- You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy).
- Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
- All returns will be refund at to the bankaccount number which is written on the letter that you have to send with the return package.
- Returns will be processed within 2 weeks at our office after receiving your return package.
- Count at least one month before you receive the refund.
- Return packages without any letter with information about the return and refund will not be accepted.
